• The frunk is made from fire-retardant ABS-V0 plastic manufactured. This high-quality plastic is necessary to meet the quality criteria of a TÜV inspection. Inferior plastics have devastating fire properties. We have made a video about this:

• The frunk is clipped onto the strut brace using 4retaining clips . Additional rubber buffers ensure secure and noise-free attachment in the engine compartment.
• No assembly kit – the frunk is delivered fully assembled and can be installed in no time at all.
• The mesh pocket is made of a fine-meshed, resistant nylon. It is ideal for storing smaller items (safety vests, umbrella, ice scraper….)
• The washer fluid reservoir is freely accessible outside the frunk, allowing the installation of a gas strut that opens the hood semi-automatically. The gas strut will soon be available in our store.
• The deep space behind the headlight is fully utilized in the left-hand area of the frunk, allowing the Type 2 charging cable or a charging brick to be stowed away perfectly.
• The edge of the frunk is almost flush with the hood, so there is no need for a cumbersome lid.
