The frunk Q4 consists of the following individual parts:
- A charging tray for the engine compartment of your e-car to create additional space for charging equipment and car accessories.
- A luggage net for your frunk.
Optional:
A bag Large (52 x 13 x 20 cm) for your frunk.
A bag Small (28 x 13 x 28 cm) for your frunk.

Die Grundform des frunk Q4 wird mittels Tiefziehtechnik aus ABS V0 hergestellt.
ABS V0 zeichnet sich durch folgende Eigenschaften aus:
- Ausgezeichnete brandhemmende Eigenschaften
- Hohe mechanische Festigkeit
- Seidenmatte, widerstandsfähige Oberfläche
Alle Schrauben und Muttern sind aus hochwertigem Edelstahl.
Sämtliche Ausführungsvarianten werden zusammengebaut geliefert. (kein Bausatz)
Eine einfache, mehrsprachige Einbauanleitung liegt bei.
Der frunk Q4 besteht aus folgenden Einzelteilen:
Einer Ladewanne für den Motorraum deines E-Autos, um zusätzlichen Platz für Ladeequipment und Zubehör zu schaffen. Sicher und ordentlich kannst du nun deine Ladekabel, Adapter und diverses Autozubehör verstauen. So bleibt dein Kofferraum frei für wichtige Dinge und deine Ladekabel sind immer frei zugänglich und sofort verfügbar.
Ein Gepäcknetz gibt dir die Möglichkeit, Ladegut gesondert zu sichern.
Für die Unterbringung von Kleinteilen sind optionale Taschen vorgesehen:
Die Tasche Large ist ideal für den Transport von längeren Produkten wie z.B.: Warndreieck oder Wagenheber.
Die Tasche Small kann zum Beispiel für zusätzliche Kabeln oder das Notladegerät verwendet werden.

Really nice frunk that is easy to fit and is by far the best looking option for the Audi Q4 e-tron.
Tracking was clear and it arrived within the suggested time.
I give it 5 star rating but if you ordering from the UK, in particular, you should be aware that this will attract a VAT charge at 20% plus import duty. For me that added another £60.35 and then I had to pay Parcel Force £12 handling fee. So be prepared for the extra £72 charge before you can take delivery. This is no fault of frunk.at as a supplier but one of the Brexit benefits we are now all enjoying 🙂
Also, whilst not strictly essential, you should order the gas strut and fit it. Once the frunk is in place you have no way of keeping the bonnet up (other than with your hand) as the manual strut fitted to the e-tron sits beneath the frunk tray. In theory you should very rarely need to go under the bonnet other than to top-up the washer bottle and access stuff you have put in the tray, but when you do I can see this will be a real pain unless you have fitted the gas strut. I did. It was very easy but it’s another £42. Thankfully this item didn’t attract VAT, import duty or any handling charges.
Glad I have installed both. They look the part and I now can make use of the space under the bonnet for things like the AC charging cable and bits and bobs. Audi should really have supplied this as standard but that’s another story.
